Education Cures is a registered 501(c)3 nonprofit committed to developing and improving education programs for children in communities around the world. 

Using the founding principles of the Academics Plus program we are working to create early learning centers in developing countries that will train teachers to boost the cognitive abilities of young learners, teach parents various methods to support and supplement their children's education, and implement a new early learning, kindergarten-like curriculum for students ages 4 to 6.  

The first of such centers is being developed in our Sierra Leone project site, in conjunction with the Sierra Leone International Mission School (SLIMS).  There is still lots of work to be done, but Education Cures is thrilled to be making strides towards the completion of this flagship institution!
